A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise to provide critical perioperative care within a reputable healthcare setting in Scottsbluff, NE. This role demands a strong background in Orthopedic and Neurological OR nursing, requiring Level 1 or 2 experience for safe and effective patient management. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room (OR) with a focus on Orthopedics and Neurosurgery. Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient preparation, intraoperative care, and post-operative recovery. Maintain adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards to optimize patient outcomes. Respond to weekend and weekday on-call duties as scheduled, supporting continuous patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to meet facility performance expectations. Qualifications and Experience: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Demonstrated OR experience with proficiency in Orthopedic and Neuro surgeries (Level 1 or 2 experience required). Ability to manage high-pressure situations and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment. Willingness to commit to weekend and weekday call requirements: 4x10-hour shifts, with on-call duties every 4-5th weekend and one weeknight per week. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week. On-call rotations including weekends and one weeknight.
