Job Description:

work. Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Experience: • 24 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the
past 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wyoming
license or compact license (required for submission). • This role
may require floating to additional units and locations • 12 months
gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner
Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program
- Banner Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this

Details: Required Credentials: Life support certifications must be
from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. Special Requests: No travel pairs or trios.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and On Call Requirements: To be
determined by the facility. 7 days maximum time off. Start
assignment restriction: 7 days 2 references from last 2 years (Any
reference type) - required for submission Driver’s license required
for submission Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • ACLS
