Job Description:

About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pain Management Clinic team.

Team Structure:

Collaborate with 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including:
- Electrical stimulation
- Facet joint injections
- Intralaminar epidural injections
- Medial branch blocks
- Medication management
- Nerve blocks
- Physical therapy coordination
- Rhizotomy
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Transforaminal epidural injections
- Trigger point injections
