Job Description:

The CSI Companies is looking for an experienced Field Retail Representative in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area. This role is expected to last 6 weeks.Pay: Based on Experience The Field Retail Representative will work with store personnel and management to engage with customers. The goal is to influence/change customer behavior and to provide feedback and insights to improve upon Client identified needs. This will be accomplished by providing customer service and education on key Client priorities in an engaging, friendly and helpful manner. Must be able to work during high traffic times in a retail setting and be able to travel to assigned location(s).Requirements: * High school diploma/GED* 3 years MINIMUM--Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare or Food Service experience * Strong English verbal, writing and reading skills. Bi-lingual proficiency a plus but not required.* Conflict resolution skills* Even keeled, not easily rattled by the unexpected* Ability to interact well with client personnel and potentially customers* Strong time management skills* Organized, ability to meet deliverables within required time frame* Proficiency with current Smart Phone Apps, software and technology required
