Job Summary: Store Schematics Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market
Responsible for maintaining Non-Perishable Schematic integrity, conducting weekly resets, and ensuring merchandising compliance in assigned stores.

Job Description
The Store Schematics Coordinator is the primary schematics contact at the store, responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Departments. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent mathematical skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Departments (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins)
  
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics for their store, supporting an active selling culture and positive customer experience
  
• Work with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers, and Assistant Store Managers to maintain schematic compliance and ensure new items are correctly placed and available for purchase
  
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activities as directed by the Support Office
  
• Ensure schematics are executed in a manner consistent with internal policies and procedures
  
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Managers to signify work is complete and accurate
  
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for any issues or discrepancies
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • At least 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-3 months related experience and/or training
    
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules
    
  • Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    
  • Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
    
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
    
  • Good vision to read schematics and price tags, and ability to staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new schematics
    
  • Ability to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., from 1" to 34", up to a distance of 8 feet for up to 1 hour
    
  • Ability to conduct repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting to access a point 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours
