Experience: Minimum 2 years License: MRI registry through ARRT
Certifications: N/A Must-Have: - MRI registry through ARRT
Description: Travel opportunity for an MRI Technologist. Shift
schedule is from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM with rotating weekend call. The
unit is equipped with 2 MRI scanners. Normally, there are 4 staff
members, but currently, only 2 are on duty. Day shift has 2 techs,
while night shift operates on call only. The equipment includes two
1.5T magnets. Electronic Medical Records system is Meditech and
Centricity. Typical procedures include all general MRI exams.
Frequent exams involve anesthesia and patients with pacemakers or
other cardiac devices. The ideal candidate should be independent,
reliable, a team player, and flexible. All MRI policies are located
within the department. The position is created to provide coverage
for leave.
