Operate a Class A truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies. Ensure timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, and providing exceptional customer service. Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip, and report any concerns or damage to management. Handle documentation necessary for goods’ transport and delivery as required. Assist with the loading and unloading of the truck's cargo. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to report conditions on the road, accidents, or delivery issues. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Strong driving record with no traffic violations Proficiency in operating electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc) Ability to handle substantial physical workload Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to travel regularly and adjust to schedule changes Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Clean driving record DOT medical card Must have HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements or be willing to acquire them upon hire
