As a Security Professional - Media Patrol in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more . In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to those on site. Your responsibilities will include monitoring for unusual activity, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a professional presence. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.16 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed09:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur09:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri09:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You’ll Do: - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites - Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education - Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams - Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service - Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: - Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. - Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. - Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, which may include both indoor and outdoor areas within a tech, media, or telecom environment. - Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. - Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence. - Support Allied Universal in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all individuals at the location. What We’re Looking For: - Availability across various days and shifts - Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments - A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company - Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
