Position Summary
The Technical Talent Sourcer will be an integral part of building
talent initiatives within the brand. In partnership with the Talent
Acquisition Director, HR Business Partners and Recruiters, the
Sourcer will proactively build pipelines for niche technical
positions. The Talent Sourcer is responsible for developing
recruiting strategies to drive the identification of a diverse
group of qualified candidates for open and planned roles across
Digital & Technology business units. This individual will have the
ability to leverage industry organizations and build relationships
to develop a pipeline of qualified, passive candidates for open
positions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be
assigned)
Utilize proactive, creative and cost-effective recruitment methods
to attract and source a diverse pool of candidates including
leveraging online recruiting resources, social media, ATS, meet-up
groups, University partnerships and driving teammate referrals.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit for
current or future opportunities.
Leverage data & analytics to advise business on diverse sourcing
strategies and ensure pipelines are inclusive of diverse
representation
Play a critical role in talent mapping projects for recurring and
complex openings where talent gaps exist within the
organization.
Attend recruiting kick-off meetings and collaborate with Hiring
Managers, Recruiters and HR Business Partner team to build search
strategies and create a robust candidate pipeline.
Speak with external prospective candidates. They will share
information including; scope of open roles, benefits, compensation
with external candidates.
Provide insight in terms of recruiting and sourcing metrics to
other members of the Talent Acquisition team, HRBPs and Hiring
Managers.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS programs
Boolean/ERE/AIRS training is a plus, but not required
LinkedIn Certification is preferred, but not required
Microsoft Office Suites proficient
Education And / Or Experience
3+ years experience in Recruiting or Sourcing in a Technical
environment (Agency or In-House)
Bachelors Degree
