Systems include application, permitting, adjudicating, and regulating water rights.Human Resource Contact: Rachael Reinhardt 307-777-6143 rachael.reinhardt2@wyo.gov ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function which may be performed at the job level.+ Analyze water rights business problems, design solutions, develop plans for implementing solutions and provide support for complex automated applications involving diverse platforms, software, technologies, and tools for initiatives that have state-wide impacts.+ Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and priorities to design, develop, implement and support agency systems that will improve business processes or services, including making new revisions or enhancements to existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.+ Create and maintain technical documentation for all systems processes and procedures pursuant to agency standards and requirements.+ Communicate database design requirements to technical and non-technical personnel.+ Act as the principal designer for major database systems and the subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technologies, tools, and existing systems. Assist in the design and development of database structures to collect and store water rights, time series, GIS, and agency data.+ Analyze, maintain and implement solutions for Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, and Update Services to meet the current and future needs of the agency. Identifies opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance services. Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, and patching in agency and DMZ domains.+ Analyze, maintain and implement solutions in a VMWare environment. Responsibilities include ESXi architecture, storage, networking, and virtual machines.+ Understanding and knowledge of Commvault for disaster recovery. Responsibilities include backup and recovery of VMs, databases, file stores, and agency infrastructure.+ Understanding and knowledge of Citrix for desktop and application virtualization. Responsibilities include Storefront, XenServer, delivery controllers, and Workspace.
