Job Description:
What will be your daily pursuit?: Pursuit is seeking a
detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal
team and help navigate the complexities of a growing business.
Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the legal department
by managing contracts, providing corporate governance support,
assisting with intellectual property portfolio management, and
aiding legal operations. This position requires a proactive,
self-motivated professional who can thrive in a fast-paced
environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently. What will
your compensation be?: The salary range for this role is
$85,000/year to $105,000/year. Pursuit offers a full suite of

plan. What will you do in this job?:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts,
including sales agreements, vendor agreements, lease agreements,
waivers, and employment documents.
- Manage document retention and organization, including
maintaining corporate records, contracts, and compliance
documentation.
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, intellectual
property matters, and other legal affairs.
- Assist in preparing and filing business licenses, permits, and
other regulatory filings.
- Support corporate governance by maintaining entity records,
filing required documentation, and assisting with board
communications and meeting logistics.
- Review and assist with handling guest liability waivers, risk
management issues, and incident reports.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including
scheduling larger meetings, preparing reports and presentations,
and managing legal invoicing system. What skills and experience do
you need for this job?: EDUCATION:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal
Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Paralegal certification from an accredited program
required.IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably for
a publicly-traded company, with strong preference in the
hospitality, retail, entertainment, or attractions industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, corporate governance,
and regulatory compliance.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle
confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work
independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams. What
