Qualifications – Needed JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted and licensed to practice law in Colorado Minimum 2 years
of litigation experience, ideally in creditors’ rights or
collections Familiarity with the litigation lifecycle including
suit filing, discovery, and enforcement Strong background in legal
research, courtroom advocacy, and motion practice Excellent written
and verbal communication skills Must be detail-oriented,
team-oriented, and driven to improve legal processes Must be based
in Colorado and able to work full-time in the office Key
Responsibilities and Duties Prepare and manage litigation matters
from case inception through enforcement Draft motions, pleadings,
and filings while managing discovery and case strategy Represent
clients in court hearings and conference calls Conduct legal
research on relevant statutes, rules, and case law Communicate with
clients, witnesses, and internal staff to ensure case progress
Maintain firm and client standards, including case documentation
and cost controls Participate in ongoing legal education and team
improvement efforts Monitor schedules and proactively move cases
forward Contribute to internal process improvements and legal best
