Job Description:
Production Manager Location: Hudson, CO Schedule: Full-time,
on-site We're working with a growing manufacturing company in
Hudson, CO , seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead and
oversee daily operations on the production floor. This is a key
leadership role responsible for driving productivity, maintaining
high quality standards, and fostering a safe, efficient, and
team-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities of Production
Manager: Production Manager will manage daily production activities
to meet output, quality, and delivery goals Supervise and support a
team of production employees, including scheduling, training, and
performance management Monitor workflow and make adjustments to
improve efficiency and minimize downtime Production Manager will
collaborate with leadership on planning, process improvements, and
resource allocation Ensure safety protocols and procedures are
followed at all times Maintain accurate production records and
generate operational reports as needed Troubleshoot production
issues and coordinate with maintenance or technical staff for
resolution Qualifications for Production Manager: 5 years of
experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role Strong
understanding of production processes, scheduling, and team
management Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive,
productive work environment Comfortable being on the floor and
actively involved in day-to-day operations Excellent communication,
