As a Call Center Representative, you are passionate and
enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service to our
Most of the day is spent on the phone assisting our members with
financial transactions from verifying account balances,
transferring funds, loan payments, reordering debit cards,
reissuing pin numbers, and more. You will utilize your product
knowledge and recognize opportunities to discuss products and
services that will assist our members in meeting their financial
goals. If the phones are slow, there are plenty of administrative
tasks to keep you busy. Our call center reps are never bored!
This job is for you if:
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and
- You are very comfortable in a computer environment.
- You have great attention to detail and the ability to
multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Previous call center or or financial institution experience a
plus but not required.
High School diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 2 years of
similar or related experience a plus.
