Position Summary

Capital Business Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Cheyenne, WY location. Responsibilities and Duties

Build and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers Provide excellent customer service and work to resolve any customer concerns Work directly with third party associations for service needs and requirements Contract and meter data entry Receive and enter service calls into automated dispatch software Receive and place supply orders through back office software Answer multi-line phone system Adhere to company policies and procedures Perform other related tasks to help the business meet goals and objectives

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to solve problems, learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work positively with others Ability to respond positively to customers in all situations Ability to work in a team and communicate at all levels Strong prioritization skills with determination to complete tasks on time Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills, organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability Experience in customer service, and/or related field Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Ability to quickly learn to use new software Highly detailed and organized
