Be well versed in Customer Business Processes, Customer Requirements, Customer trends, and Oracle Customer technologies as well as other Customer technologies. Need to have experience delivering customer projects through all phases of the project Analyses, design, build, test, run. Lead teams, work in small groups, and operate in a client-facing position. Lead and conduct workshops. Travel as needed to various client sites.**Key Responsibilities****Consulting Capability:**+ Support business development activities and making sales presentations promoting the companys Customer Capabilities and the value of such capabilities+ Responsible for developing deliverables such as Requirements Traceability Matrix, Business Processes, Business Process Impact Document, Configuration Guide, Functional Design, etc.+ Transfer knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others knowledge and skill levels+ Enhance established working relationships with team members and management from within the clients organization+ Contribute to quality review on customer engagements Ascertain and meet client expectations within scope of engagement role+ Develop applicable knowledge base and capabilities by using best practices to redefine tools and techniques+ Outline specific performance measures, targets, and goals to articulate the business case for realized efficiencies or added value+ Challenge clients current strategy and direction through persuasive argument+ Define competitive advantage and achievable value to the client through use of the strategic change components and metrics**Knowledge Capability:**+ Utilizes specialized knowledge to produce moderately complex work products and solutions across many phases of an engagement or one phase of a more complex engagement+ Applies appropriate methods or recognized equivalent to identified client needs+ Anticipates and resolves technical problems with occasional technical assistance from others+ Develops, presents, and defends conclusions, recommendations, and implementation plans+ Contributes to quality reviews of assigned engagements Identifies technical issues impacting an engagement and proposes solutions+ Manages client expectations within defined scope of engagement Recommends appropriate resources based on the phases of an assignment+ Delegates work to assigned team members Uses defined processes and practices in assessing engagement risks+ Manages engagement issues in less complex projects or escalates issues in more complex projects**Location:** Virtual position based in the United States with the ability to travel up to 80%#LI-LR1**Management Responsibilities**Individual Contributor**Preferred Qualifications**+ Masters Degree+ 7 years of experience in Customer with Utilities+ Certified in Oracle CC+ Experience conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings+ Expertise developing a set of actionable and targeted project plans+ Proven ability to be an active and visible coach to junior resources+ Experience in other Utility Areas Infrastructure, Distribution, Work and Asset Management**Minimum Qualifications**+ Bachelors degree and relevant work experience+ 4 years of experience in a business/consulting environment working with utilities and customer billing+ Experience in Customer, AMI, Operational Technologies capabilities+ Ability to travel up to 80% (post-COVID travel restrictions)All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.**Work Environment/Physical Demands**Virtual position based in the United States with the ability to travel up to 80%**Competencies**Action orientedCommunicates effectivelyCustomer focusDecision qualityManages ambiguityOrganizational savvyValues differencesBlack & Veatch endeavors to makeaccessible to any and all users.
