This position will be located in Cheyenne, WY and will support the Ground SubSystems Support Contract (GSSC) program. This position is an opportunity to assist with site modifications, System Engineering, Safety, and Quality of an ICBM deployment program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What you'll get to do:

• Assist with on-site safety and security of modifications to ICBM LFs, MAFs, and trainer facilities
• Inspect quality attributes of contractor and subcontractor work, certifications/trainings, equipment as necessary
• Scheduling of complex tasks and coordination efforts with multiple organizations
• Assist with system engineering requirements throughout modification efforts, including maintaining documentation such as drawings and work instructions
• Assist with property management requirements including but not limited to: inventory management, shipping and receiving
• Assist with kitting and assembly when not deployed to the field
• Assist with monitoring/evaluating subcontractor work against applicable SOW and other contractual documents
• Assist with hands-on technical equipment installation IAW approved tech data, troubleshooting and resolving any issues
• Assist with other responsibilities as assigned. (e.g Security, administrative, etc)
• Assist with on-site testing activities to verify functionality

  • Employee DiscountsThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll bring these qualifications:
    • A minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's (4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
    • Experience with digital and analog communications protocols/ electrical circuit design
    • Must have the ability to lift 40 lbs. to perform position responsibilities
    • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security ClearanceThese qualifications would be nice to have:
      • Active Commercial Driving License (CDL)
      • Demonstrated experience with or certification to IPC or Military Standards for Inspection
      • Receiving, mechanical, harness and electrical assembly inspection experience#GBSDsystems
        
        Salary Range: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD
        
        Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
