Job Description:

Maintain grounds of commercial properties using hand or power tools or equipment. Snow and ice removal may include any combination of the following: shoveling, plowing, snow blowing, chipping, spreading salt (by hand or with a spreader).DETAILED WORK ACTIVITIESUse hand tools, such as shovelsOperate vehicles or powered equipment, such as tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, spreaders, etcMaintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioningShovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areasNotify lead/supervisor concerning damage and/ or the need for major repairs or service issues at customer accountsNotify lead/supervisor of supplies or equipment needed for snow removal/ maintenance dutiesNotify lead/supervisor concerning damage and/ or the need for repairs to equipmentConfer with coworkers to coordinate snow removal/ maintenance activities -TOP FLIGHT CORE VALUESQuality - "Top Flight," professional, conscientious, efficient, leave your "mark," accuracyTimeliness - on time to work, daily logs turned in daily, responsive to others; clocked in and out properlyRespect - honesty, integrity, cooperation/ team work, positive & encouraging toward others.
