Description:Job DetailsReports To: Casing Operations Supervisor
and District ManagerScope of WorkSupervise the duties and
responsibilities of both field and shop personnel through
coordination of equipment and employees.Duties & Responsibilities:
These are not listed in relation to their priority or
importance.Oversee and implement NCI's Mentor programEfficiently
organize and manage crews in all Casing DivisionsSchedule jobs then
stage and function test all equipment before completing job
paperworkManage employees concernsActively search for areas to
improve in and convey these ideas to upper management in order to
establish a plan of implementationDirectly responsible for all
field and shop personnel within division in specific regionMust be
available 24 hours to answer customer and supervisors
concernsDetermine need for equipment and maintain inventory of
supplies and sale inventoryMust be punctual and submit all reports
in a timely fashionMust be committed to carrying out all tasks and
job assignments to the highest qualityKnow and understand all of
NCI's company policies and job duties of all supervisorsMaintain
stringent Safety and Quality practicesMust understand and comply
with all safety rules and Noble Company PoliciesWork closely with
HR to recruit, hire, evaluate employee performance, train staff,
and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers and also
disciplinary actionPerform various other duties and activities as
deemed necessary by supervisors within safe and efficient
constraints of the jobRequirements:Skills & Knowledge:Minimum of 5
years of oilfield experienceMust be proficient with written and
verbal communication skillsStrong leadership and quality
skillsUnderstands importance of leading by exampleAbility to
multi-taskContinually strive to become more knowledgeable with
NCI's products and servicesAbility to work under pressureComputer
knowledgeCan work closely with fellow employeesContinually works to

employeesMinimum Qualifications:Complete all Noble and industry
specific training5 years of industry and management
experienceSpecial RequirementsMust possess the ability to handle

Defined:Type A: Includes but not limited to, DWI, DUI, OUI,

vehicle accidents regardless of fault.Type C: Includes all moving
violations not in Types A or B such as; speeding, improper lane
change, failure to yield, running stop lights or signs.Type D:
Included non-moving violations such as illegal parking, equipment
violations, obstructing traffic, failure to display registration or
