established locally owned family business that manufactures fire
equipment and emergency vehicles, is seeking a Google Campaign
Manager to join our existing six-person marketing team in Fort
Collins, CO. Position overview: The primary responsibilities of
this position will be managing and producing all paid digital
campaign marketing efforts (on Google and social media platforms)
for the company’s nine divisions, as well Oelo Lighting Solutions’

candidate must have experience in placing and monitoring paid ads
on Google (search, display, shopping, PMAX), as well as Facebook,
Instagram and LinkedIn. The candidate must be able to optimize ad
performance, as well as monitor ad budgets and rollover spend. The
candidate will also be responsible for working with Oelo dealers to
educate and “sell” them on our advertising services, as well as
structure the dealer’s custom ad strategy, administer pay links,
optimize for performance and provide monthly dealer and division
campaign reports. Lastly, the position will reconcile payments
through the company’s accounting software. Requirements: Skills and
special requirements: Google Ad Certified in Search, Display, Video
and Measurement Proficient or advanced in ad placement (on the
above platforms) Ability to create Google AdWords and Analytics
accounts Ability to measure campaign performance and provide
optimization strategies Proficient or advanced in keyword research
and SEO best practices Excellent copywriting and proofreading
skills Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (to create display ad images)
Experience with WordPress or a similar web content management
system Experience working in CRM platforms, like HubSpot Knowledge
of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)
Outstanding communication and organizational skills Experience
working in a deadline-driven environment, with the ability to
prioritize multiple ongoing projects using existing resources
Education/experience: College graduate with multiple years of
marketing experience in an agency or direct marketing setting If
