Alternate Locations: Work from HomeWork Arrangement: Work from HomeRelocation assistance: : is not available for this opportunity.Pay Range: $19.66 - $29.52Bonus Potential: 5%Requisition #: 70744The Role at a Glance:In this position you will perform and deliver on routine assignments for your assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. You will remotely provide a full range of technical service and support to your designated office to include hardware, software, network and applications.What you'll be doing:

  • Works overtime as needed.
  • Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
  • Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Provides training and orientation to new users via the phone.
  • Escalates network, application and telecommunication issues to maintain the highest level of system availability for the business.
  • Promptly opens tickets, checks and logs all calls on support activity and resolution in the incident management system.
  • Troubleshoots problems on devices such as desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, and direct and network printers.
  • Provides basic second level support for VPN connected client to site and site to site connections.
  • Provides support to employees or internal customers in resolving escalated technology issues in a timely fashion.
  • Provides routine telephone and remote support to users.
  • Escalates technology problems when necessary providing a consistent model for support across the enterprise.
  • Responds to, diagnoses and resolves problems and tickets that are assigned via the Service Desk or directly from the user community. Includes routine problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution.
  • Supports back office servers and systems including mobile devices and OSD process for imaging of computers.What were looking for:Must-haves:
    • 2-3+ Years of experience in direct end user and server support including Microsoft systems and support.
    • High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience.
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft's and Window's desktop operating systems and registry support.
    • Solid understanding of TCP/IP and Ethernet technology.
    • Proficiency with Windows servers within an Active Directory environment.
    • Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Applications, OWA, Exchange and PDA devices.Nice-to-haves:
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
      • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Agile Mindset; awareness/understanding of Agile methodologies
      • Strong troubleshooting skills.
      • Ability to maintain composure while working under pressure during major network outages and system emergencies.
