This is where you come in.Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will offer experience in:
  • Performing quality assurance tasks to support a Back Office application
  • Developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications
  • Involvement in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution
  • Exposure to the following application space(s): Task Management System (TMS), Billing Automation, NICE, Credit Calculator, Charter Collections Mobility, Robotic Process Automation, or other apps/featuresHere's what it takes to get startedSkills and experience required for this role include:
    • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
    • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
    • Ability to work 100% in office
