A company is looking for a Critical Response Consultant.
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and full resolution
Perform escalation efforts and project manage complex issues
Represent the company in managing complaints, arbitrating disputes,
and resolving grievances
2+ years related experience
Minimum of 1+ years of HCM experience preferred
Ability to interface with multiple departments and work both
independently and in a team environment
Effective organizational skills: ability to multi-task and
prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented position
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
