VP, Sales Executive - OTT, Streaming, Gaming -TTEC, the customer experience organization that powers the world's greatest brands, is hiring a VP, Sales Executive to join the mission of transforming customer experience and bringing humanity to business. This position will be selling our portfolio of services within our "Engage" suite of capabilities to enterprise-market clients. () - The Sales Executive will be going to market with outsourced services that deliver amazing customer experiences through operational and technology excellence for the streaming/gaming/media vertical. The solution goes beyond just outsourced services, we take our customer engagement to the next level incorporating technology and services including consulting, conversational AI, automation (Bots), and analytics. This position acquires new customers and drives revenue through directly creating demand, pipeline, and closing business.TTEC is a pioneer in customer experience, engagement and growth solutions. Experience in this domain is key to consideration.What the role entails:

  • Consultative solution-selling, providing solutions to complex client issues that drive mutually positive business outcomes in the customer care domain within the communications and media -vertical
  • Expert at cultivating relationships with decision makers in client organizations to secure new business, new client accounts and maximize the value delivered by TTEC's services
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, customer experience challenges, and offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and effective sales strategies
  • Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams to collaborate and rally around development of innovative solutions to meet or exceed identified sales targets
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of TTEC's services and differentiation
  • Consistent execution of TTEC's sales process including forecast accuracy, account planning, territory management and maintaining account detail in our CRM platform
  • Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously grow and develop professionallyQualifications
    • 10 years' experience in a BPO sales environment, with experience in outsourced customer care services or fraud prevention & detection solutions is required
    • Verifiable experience selling into the OTT, Streaming, or Gaming verticals
    • Demonstrated experience selling tech enabled services that enhance efficiency and productivity while deliver amazing customer experiences
    • Evidence of prior, consistent success exceeding or meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals
    • Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations - and influence purchase and buying decisions
    • Demonstration of sales acumen, critical thinking, solution development, intellect, drive, executive presence
    • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close, prescribes to funnel management
    • Bachelor's degree -COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $160,000 - $180,000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. -Benefits available to eligible employees include the following:
