Description:IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL RESIDE IN CASPER, DOUGLAS,
GILETTE AREASummaryThe Field Salesman is responsible for the
primary sales and marketing of all Noble services and products to
the oil & gas operators at the well site, rig site and field
offices. The Field Salesman is the primary custodian of the Noble
image with his/her respective client. He/she ensures that Noble is
always held in the highest regard, both technically and
interpersonally by becoming personally acquainted with key
personnel in his/her client's organizations. This is an exempt
position with bonus opportunities.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. ---
Builds and maintains customers relationships through in-person
visits, phone calls, emails, and by attending Customer/Noble
sanctioned events.--- Travel to customer locations is required.
Often drives 6-10 hours per day. Company pickup is provided.
Overnight stays may be required as needed.--- Load and secure tools
for transport to Noble or Customer locations as requested.---
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.---
Facilitates resolution of technical and business issues of
prospective customers.--- Provides product information and/or demos
to qualified customers on request.--- Emphasizes saleable features,
quotes prices and credit terms in conjunction with CFO and DM and
prepares sales orders for orders obtained.--- Handles inbound sales
lead calls to convert calls into sales.--- Estimates date of
delivery to customer, based on knowledge of Noble's work and
delivery schedules.--- Prepares reports of business transactions as
requested by CSO and DM.--- Enters new customer data and other
sales data for current customers into computer database.--- Any
other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.Specific Job Duties1.
Primary focus is initially on creating Casing and Clean & Drift
work in the Colorado & Wyoming areas,while concurrently developing
opportunities for trucking and surface rigs, and any other Noble
divisions.2. Cheyenne District Manager and Chief Sales Officer will
work with the Field Sales employee via phone call, text and/or
email every Monday a.m. or Sunday p.m. to develop a plan for each
week.3. Communicate daily with Cheyenne DM on all location
activity.4. Assist with customer appreciation by delivering food
and picking up remaining materials to rigs as outlined by Cheyenne
District Manager and Chief Sales Officer. 5. Communicate via
WhatsApp on all rig visits and stops.6. Work with local management
on RFP's creation and submittals.7. Attend weekly sales calls.8. Be
available for customer issues and/or concerns on a 24/7
basis.Requirements:Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no

Experience Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
from four-year college or university; or three to five years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Must have a minimum of 3 years of selling
experience in the oil and gas industry.Language Skills Ability to
read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write
routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively
before groups of customers or employees of
organization.Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract,
multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and
percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability
to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.Computer Skills To perform this job
successfully, an individual should be able to use Microsoft
Office.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid and current
driver's license.Complete all Noble and industry specific
