KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader, is seeking a talented individual to join our organization as a Sales Consultant. This role offers a unique chance to develop relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and lead a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts.
• Supervise and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes to ensure seamless integration.
• Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and provide regular reports.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
    Licensing Requirements:
    
    
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
    • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
      Compensation:
      
      This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.
