Rite-Hite is looking for a self driven individual who thrives
building relationships with players in manufacturing, enjoys
growing/managing a book of business in the field, and has a passion
of promoting safety and efficiency solutions for the customer. What
You'll Do Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected
territories to represent our various lines of products and
services. Our customer base includes organizations operating
warehouses, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and
distribution centers. This is an outside sales position focused on
growing our service business, including planned maintenance
programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products. You will
be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and
securing new customers, introducing new products within the
assigned territory, and ongoing ownership of customer
relationships. This role supports a Southern Colorado territory .
Regular travel throughout the territory is required. In return for
your efforts, we offer a base salary plus uncapped commission, with
commissions calculated on the gross profit of closed deals after
training and a ramp-up period of shadowing to then hit the ground

best. Successful candidates will have: A 4-year degree with a
minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an
industrial or commercial setting. Excellent communication,
interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building
productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical
aptitude. Existing knowledge of their territory and its customer
base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be
able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis. A

Colorado is $76,600.00-$114,950.00 per year based on a 40-hour work
week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on
business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into
account internal equity and also may vary depending on the
candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided
as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range
of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance,
disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
