Bilingual Customer Service Agent - Rewarding Position

Job Description:

This is a wonderful position for a unique individual that enjoys helping others in need while being rewarded for their abilities. This is a positive work environment where successes are recognized on a daily basis. Oh, and did we mention, it is a Monday - Friday, 8-5 schedule and no overtime, so you get to go home on time, every day!



Since the majority of calls will be in Spanish, Bilingual (English and Spanish) abilities are required. There is a heavy focus on customer service as well, so customer service experience is required (over the phone especially.)



This is a nationwide company - someone looking for stability and consistency would be very happy here. Reliability and communication ability are crucial for this role and this is an opportunity to really make a difference in peoples' lives!



Industry experience is ideal but not required, Spanish fluency and customer service experience are required.

Skill assessments and a background screen will be required. High School completion required.
