Duties: Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management. Lead and mentor a team of physical therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinic efficiency and productivity. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
