Physician Assistant | Surgery - Trauma Location: Loveland, CO Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team in a full-time permanent role . This position plays a critical role in delivering high-acuity trauma and surgical care during overnight shifts in a fast-paced inpatient environment. Responsibilities include: Providing full-spectrum trauma and acute care surgical services during overnight shifts Managing trauma admissions, emergency general surgery, and inpatient care Performing patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and interpreting diagnostic studies Assisting trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitations, and operative support Collaborating closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams Maintaining accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR Practicing with a high degree of autonomy while managing complex and time-sensitive cases Supporting quality, safety, and performance initiatives within the Trauma Surgery service Participating in professional development and potential leadership opportunities Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s degree required) NCCPA certification (required) Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado (or eligible) Eligible for DEA registration and Medicare/Medicaid provider enrollment Minimum 2 years of trauma surgery experience OR completion of a surgical fellowship (highly preferred) BLS certification required Clean malpractice and licensure history strongly preferred No current or prior sanctions/exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA Benefits Competitive annual salary range: $136,822 – $179,379 , based on experience Opportunity to earn up to $10,000 annually through a Quality Value Incentive Plan Relocation assistance up to $10,000 for eligible candidates Fully paid malpractice insurance CME allowance up to $3,500 per year plus 5 paid CME days 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching and optional 457(b) plan Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Employer-paid short-term disability and long-term disability options Flexible spending accounts, HSA options, and voluntary benefit programs Generous paid time off starting at hire, plus paid family and medical leave Education assistance programs, including tuition support Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) with guidance available
