Job Description:

Colorado, as a Registered Nurse in our Acute Care Rehabilitation
unit. This role demands a compassionate professional dedicated to
providing exceptional care to patients undergoing rehabilitation
from acute conditions. You will be pivotal in helping patients
recover functionality and independence in a state-of-the-art
medical environment. Utilize your nursing skills to collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team focused on tailored treatment plans
that adhere to the highest standards of healthcare. Assess patient
condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and
physicians to formulate individualized care plans. Educate patients
and families on rehabilitation processes and preventive measures.
Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
Administer medications as prescribed and observe for adverse
reactions. Document patient treatment and progress in medical
records responsibly. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in a multidisciplinary team Proficient in healthcare
software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR
certification Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN)
preferred but not required
