Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: RRT Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RRT license Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role. ICU experience is essential. Description: This is a travel position for a Respiratory Therapist working from 7 PM to 7 AM. The unit comprises 350 beds and has a team of 38 staff members. Day shift staff includes 1 charge and 5 other staff members, while the night shift also includes 1 charge and 5 staff members. Patient ratios are variable based on the needs of the unit. Typical equipment used includes Hamilton G5/C1/T1, V60, and Vyair Avea, managed through Meditech EMR. All essential respiratory therapy procedures are performed in this unit. Candidates must possess an energetic, team-oriented, and honest personality to fit the team culture.
